I can look at these qualities in a new way by creating and presenting an idea for what Oaklands School might look like in the future.

Oaklands School should have Work Cubicles

I strongly believe that in the year 2026 all learning spaces at Oaklands School should have Single Work Cubicles.

To start off, I strongly believe Oaklands should have Single Work Cubicles for Independent Learners who enjoy having their own space. Children in the 21st Century will think it’s cool to have an option of a group or independent space.  Infact, you can stick your learning goals to the walls and learning you are proud of can stick on too. It gives a child freedom to be Independent and have space. Most tables are an outrageously small and you don't get any space for learning which makes it uncomfortable  having no space. At the same time we need a lot of Cubicles because children fight over independence.

Furthermore, a Single Work Space would provide a child with Independence towards learning. It would help a child's learning by not being distracted by anyone else. The walls on either side are soundproof so you can't hear anyone. Your learning will improve by being independent in High School because you must be independent in testing .

In addition, the design for single work cubicles is very detailed; Three walls, a door, drawers, desk, light (lamp) and a chair. The chair is a spinning chair because they are comfortable to learn on. It must be colourful so the class looks exciting and fun. The three walls are soundproof so you can concentrate more easily. The pros of this are you’re concentrating and able to learn with no noise. To support the walls you need a door. For access to the cubicle you have a swipe card that allows you in and out of it so it will lock and unlock when you’re in it. The desk is a weird shape with a chunk out in the middle for the chair. It is certain you need drawers for your lunch box , drink bottle and books. The light is small but bright.

In my mind, Single Work Cubicles will help children's learning by teaching them to be independent and to be able to learn lots. In the 21st Century this will help learning by giving children a choice. Thank you for considering my opinion.
